Watch: House demolition begins after double-decker bus crash
Demolition work is under way at a house badly damaged when it was hit by a double-decker bus.
Video showed machinery being used to remove debris at the site on West Road, Ormesby St Margaret, near Great Yarmouth.
Emergency services were called to the Norfolk village at 10:12 BST on Thursday but there were no reports of any injuries among the bus passengers.
Neighbour Kevin Griffin said: "I just glanced to the side and saw the bus coming towards me, you just sort of freeze, and then all of a sudden, bang, dust, everything.
"It went quiet and I ran towards my gate and just headed to the bus... to see what I could do."
First Bus said it was investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash.
A spokesperson said it acknowledged how "very distressing" the incident was for local people and was "grateful" no-one was hurt.
"We are focussed on working with the emergency services and building experts to safely withdraw our bus from the site, demolish the house and make the area safe again and we are also in close contact with the owner of the premises too."
