Man pleads not guilty to Bridlington murder charge

A man has pleaded not guilty to murder following the death of a man in an alleged stabbing in Bridlington.

Ibrahim Yesildeniz, 25, died in hospital following the incident on First Avenue in August.

Mehmet Gundez, 24, of Flamborough Road, Bridlington denied murder during an appearance at Hull Crown Court on Monday.

He was remanded in custody and will face a trial at the same court starting on 23 November.
