Police car collision will not be referred to IOPC

Avon and Somerset Police said two people have now been released from hospital after one of its patrol cars hit a white Toyota at about 19:00 BST on Tuesday on Gipsy Patch Lane in north Bristol.
The police car had its blue lights and siren as it was heading to an emergency in Staple Hill, the force added.
An officer who was a passenger in the police vehicle and the driver of the Toyota, a woman in her 50s, are now recovering at home.
The driver of the police car was not injured, the force said.
Insp Matt Boiles, from Avon and Somerset's roads policing team, said: "Fortunately, the officer's injuries are not as serious as initially thought and we have maintained contact with the member of the public who, thankfully, is able to continue her recovery at home.
"The officers were responding to a separate emergency when the collision happened, and they will be offered welfare support following the incident.
"We would also like to thank the public for their patience while the road was closed."
