Southend boss hopes to appoint coach in 'next three weeks'
Southend United chairman Justin Rees has told fans the club hopes to appoint a new head coach within the next three weeks.
Former head coach Kevin Maher was sacked two days after winning the FA Trophy for the Blues at Wembley.
Speaking to BBC Essex Sport on Friday, he said the pair "saw things differently" but denied there had been a "breakdown" in their relationship.
