Risso's dolphins spotted in Cornwall

Risso's dolphins have been seen in Cornwall areas including at Swanpool and in St Austell Bay.

Earlier this month, Swanpool Kayak Hire, filmed a close encounter with the creatures, calling it a special moment" on social media.

Cornwall Wildlife Trust said on its website UK sightings were most common around Scotland, the Outer Hebrides and the Isle of Man.

However, the trust said there had also been sightings around Cornwall, South West and North West Wales and Ireland.
