Antrim Road: Man taken to hospital after north Belfast stabbing

A man has been taken to hospital by ambulance following reports of a stabbing incident on Belfast's lower Antrim Road.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said it received a 999 call shortly before 16:00 GMT on Sunday.

One emergency crew was sent to the scene and following initial treatment, a male patient was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital.

The male patient's condition is not yet known.
