Road reopens after crash involving two vehicles

An A-road has reopened after a serious crash involving two vehicles.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident on the A46 Painswick Road, near Brockworth on the outskirts of Gloucester, at about 16:20 BST on Monday.

Gloucestershire Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash, and closed the road overnight between the junctions for Nuthill and Green Street.

The road reopened in both directions at about 07:00 BST on Tuesday.
