E-bike rider dies after moped hit-and-run crash
West Yorkshire PoliceAn e-bike rider involved in a suspected hit-and-run collision with a moped on one of Bradford's busiest roads has died of his injuries, police said.
The 22-year-old was injured on Great Horton Road at about 14:00 BST on Friday, West Yorkshire Police said. The moped failed to stop at the scene.
The e-bike rider was taken to hospital but died from his injuries on Saturday night.
Two men, aged 22 and 27, who were arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving have since been bailed, according to a force spokesperson.
Officers previously appealed to anyone with dashcam footage, or who saw the moped before the crash, to get in touch.
