Appeal after boy, 9, and woman injured in crash

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash in East Malling

Police are appealing for witnesses after a nine-year-old boy and a woman were injured in a crash in Kent.

A blue Audi A5 and a black Mercedes GLC collided in Wateringbury Road, East Malling, at about 13:35 BST on 25 May.

A boy, aged nine, was injured and airlifted to a London hospital. He has since been discharged, police said.

A 39-year-old woman was also taken to hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

Anybody who witnessed the crash or who has dashcam footage of the incident at the junction with Sweets Lane is urged to contact police.
