Two taken to hospital after city centre stabbing
BBCTwo people have been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Nottingham city centre.
Nottinghamshire Police was called to reports of an altercation in Huntingdon Street shortly before 05:00 BST on Thursday.
The force said two male victims were found in nearby Nile Street. Both were taken to hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening or life-altering.
No arrests have been made and a cordon remains in place.
Det Insp Emma Pollard called for anyone with information to come forward, and said: "We understand the concern incidents of this nature can cause.
"I would like to reassure the public that we are working every day to target people who carry weapons and to work proactively with groups to prevent offences from happening."
