Disruption at junction while TT footbridge removed
IOM TTPart of a busy junction in the Isle of Man's capital is set to be closed on Saturday while a metal footbridge is removed.
The bridge, which allows people to cross over the TT course during road closures for racing, is at St Ninian's Crossroads in Douglas.
The work will see the closure of a section of a section of Bray Hill along with its junctions with Ballaquayle Road, Glencrutchery Road and Ballanard Road between 06:00 BST and 09:00.
The following Saturday, 18 October, has been earmarked as a contingency date should the removal be postponed due to poor weather.
The work is being carried out by Collins Steel on behalf of the Department for Enterprise.
