A moped rider has died following a crash at a roundabout, just after midnight.

Police were called to Watford Road, Radlett, near Borehamwood, at the roundabout with Abbey View, at about 12:10 BST.

The rider, a man in his 20s who was on a black Honda moped, died at the scene, said Hertfordshire Police.

Sgt Tim Davies said his thoughts were with the man's family and appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage.
