Section of A47 closed after two cars crash

A road had to be partially closed after a collision involving two cars.

It happened on the A47 at Colney, in Norfolk, at about 23:30 BST on Friday.

The road was closed in both directions between the B1108 for Norwich and the A1074 for New Costessey - but the eastbound carriageway reopened at about 06:45.

National Highways said the westbound carriageway reopened at about 12:00 on Saturday.

There are currently no details of any injuries.
