Boy, 16, arrested after man injured in shop stabbing
Getty ImagesA teenager has been arrested after a man was seriously injured in a stabbing inside a convenience store in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Nottinghamshire Police was called to Outram Street shortly after 18:00 BST on 4 August.
The force said an 18-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries but had since been discharged.
A 16-year-old boy has now been arrested on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Det Insp James Oakton said: "Despite our progress and this arrest, it remains vital that anyone with information comes forward and shares it with officers.
"I'd urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any relevant CCTV, doorbell, mobile phone or dashcam footage, to get in touch."
