Guernsey man admits recording victims in private
BBCA man has admitted recording people in private without their consent.
In Guernsey Magistrate's Court, Kirk Bishop, 40, of La Route De L'Islet, pleaded guilty to nine offences which took place between 26 August 2022 and 16 September 2025.
The charges included eight of recording victims doing a private act, in a place which was reasonably expected to provide privacy, without consent and reasonable belief of such consent. The other charge related to using equipment to view a person's genital or underwear without consent.
Bishop was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced on 15 May.
