A woman is in a critical condition in hospital after she and three men were hurt in crash between two cars in the Black Country.

The crash happened on Sedgley Road West in Tipton at about 20:30 BST on Monday, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.

When paramedics arrived, they found one of the vehicles had overturned and was on its roof.

The woman, along with two of the men who were both seriously injured in the crash, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, the ambulance spokesperson said.

The third man, whose injuries were not as serious, was taken to Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley.
