Boy, 5, seriously injured after bus crash
BBCA five-year-old boy has suffered serious injuries after a double decker bus crashed into a house.
Devon and Cornwall Police said it received reports of the crash on Torquay Road in Shaldon, Devon, at about 18:45 BST on Monday.
The force said the child from Torquay, who was a passenger on the bus, was taken to Bristol Children's Hospital and a further 14 passengers were treated at the scene. The road was closed for about seven hours while investigations took place.
A man in his 60s from Torbay was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving and remains in custody. Anyone with information has been asked to contact investigating officers.
