Suffolk Police said "extensive criminal damage" was caused to the site

A park and ride terminal was vandalised and left "significantly damaged" over the weekend, police said.

The site on London Road, Ipswich, was defaced and "it is believed a group of youths on e-scooters were involved", Suffolk Police said.

The force added "extensive criminal damage" was caused including to public toilet facilities, which will impact "the local community and those who rely on the site".

Anyone who saw suspicious behaviour at the park and ride or noticed groups on e-scooters in the area, or has CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage, has been asked to contact the force.
