Two workers have been taken to hospital after a building site surrounded by scaffolding partially collapsed.

Emergency services were called to the apartment block under construction on the A4260 Cherwell Street in Banbury, Oxfordshire, on Wednesday afternoon.

People have been urged to stay away from the area with the road closed in both directions between Bridge Street and George Street.
