A fresh appeal for witnesses is being made by police following the death of a woman, who died more than a week after a crash on a motorway slip road.

Officers were called to the crash between a car and a taxi at junction three on the M6 northbound, near Coventry, at about 17:00 BST on 26 May.

The woman, who was in her 60s, was a passenger in the taxi and was seriously injured, dying a few days later in hospital on 3 June, Warwickshire Police said.

Inquiries into the crash are ongoing and the force urged any witnesses, people who drove past or those with dashcam footage of the incident, to come forward.
