Attempted murder charge after two men shot

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting in Coventry.

Emergency services were called to Robert Mountford Way on 13 May, where two men were seriously injured with bullet wounds.

Abdul Omari, 26, has been remanded to appear before magistrates in Birmingham on Friday.

West Midlands Police said four other men previously arrested in connection with the incident had been charged with violent disorder.
