Woman appears in court charged with murdering man

A 23-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with murdering a man who was found at a block of flats.

Hampshire Police said it was called to reports of an assault at an address in Weston Lane, in Southampton, at 04:21 BST on Sunday.

Craig Wesley Mintram, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene, detectives said.

Katie Linin, of Eldon Place, Bournemouth was remanded in custody by Southampton magistrates to appear at the city's crown court on Thursday.
