National Trust estate shuts as police look for man
Suffolk PoliceA National Trust estate has been closed to the public while police officers search for a missing man.
Suffolk Police is looking for 61-year-old James Webb, who failed to return to his home in Burwell, Cambridgeshire, on Tuesday.
The force believes he may have travelled to Horringer, Suffolk, after his car was found in the vicinity of Ickworth Estate, where officers have been conducting searches.
A spokesperson for the 1,800-acre attraction, near Bury St Edmunds, said it was assisting police and urged people not to travel to the area.
"Thank you for your understanding," they added.

Webb is described as being a white man of slim build who is 6ft 2in tall and has dark/greying hair.
"His disappearance is out of character and so family members and police are concerned for his welfare," said a police spokesperson.
"Anyone who believes they have seen James, or has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Bury St Edmunds Response Investigation Team."
