Biker seriously injured in wall crash

A motorcyclist has been left with life-threatening injuries after his bike hit a wall, police said.

The rider, a 65-year-old man, was taken to hospital after his motorbike struck the kerb before hitting a wall in Oxenhope on Sunday.

The silver Suzuki SV1000 K3 motorbike came off Hebden Bridge Road while travelling towards Hill House Edge Lane at about 16:45 BST.

West Yorkshire Police urged witnesses or anyone with footage to contact them.
