One person taken to hospital after Broads boat fires
Debbie Tubby/BBCOne person has been taken to hospital following a fire affecting several boats in The Broads national park.
Norfolk Police was called to reports of up to four vessels ablaze at Stalham at about 07:38 BST.
The Broads Authority reported on social media that there was an ongoing incident on the River Ant at Broads Edge Marina. During the incident it said the river had been closed to all navigation.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said it received a call at 07:10 and sent crews from Carrow, Sprowston, Stalham, Wroxham and North Walsham, and that with the fire was out at 09:30.
The East of England Ambulance Service and East Anglian Air Ambulance also attended.
The ambulance service said two patients were assessed at the scene and one person was transported by road to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital for further care.
At about 10:30, the Broads Authority said the river had reopened to boating traffic.
However, it has advised people to pass the location with caution due to booms around the vessels which had been put in place to contain potential debris or pollution.
