Man, 89, dies in crash near Forfar Golf Club
GoogleAn 89-year-old man has died following a crash on the A932 near Forfar Golf Club.
The incident happened at about 21:30 on Wednesday and involved a blue Audi Q3.
The man, who was the driver of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for almost nine hours while officers carried out an investigation into the collision.
Sgt John McDiarmid said: "Inquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash, who has not yet spoken to officers, to contact us.
"We'd also ask anyone with dashcam footage to come forward."
