Ramsey candidates debate town's election issues
MANX SCENESVoters in Ramsey will have the choice of six candidates when the Isle of Man goes to the polls on 24 September to elect 24 members of the House of Keys.
Robert Cowell, Nigel Dunmore, Lawrie Hooper, Juan McGuinness, Janine Shimmin, and Peter Whiteway are contesting the two seats available in the constituency.
Situated in the north, the town is the third largest settlement on the island.
Annabelle Tiffin was joined by five of the six candidates for a debate on issues affecting the island- including the economy, creating opportunities for young people to stay on the island, and plans for an offshore wind farm.
Polling stations to vote to elect two members to each of the island's 12 constituencies will be open between 08:00 and 20:00 BST on election day.
