A teenager has been arrested and charged after a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in Aberdeen.

Officers were called to the Gardner Road area of the city at about 01:00 on Sunday.

Police said an 18-year-old had been arrested.

He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
