Teenage e-bike rider seriously injured in crash

A teenage e-bike rider has suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash with a car in Hull.

The collision happened at about 10:20 BST on Sunday at the junction of Ings Road and Tween Dykes Road, Humberside Police said.

Emergency services attended and the rider of the green e-bike, a 15-year-old boy, was taken to hospital for treatment.

The collision involved a silver Ford Fiesta, which was travelling northbound on Gillshill Road, leading onto Ings Road, at the time of the incident.

Police are asking anyone with information or dash cam footage to come forward.
