Land Rover driver dies in Perthshire crash
GoogleA man has died following a crash near Auchterarder, in Perth and Kinross.
Emergency services were called at 14:20 on Friday to the A824 Auchterarder to Aberuthven Road, near Damside.
The 41-year-old, who was driving a Land Rover Freelander, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed until 23:30 while investigations were carried out.
Sgt Brian McEwen, of Police Scotland, said inquiries were ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the crash.
He asked for anyone with information to contact the force.
