A 55-year-old woman has died in a motorcycle crash in Ford, Sussex Police say

A motorcyclist has died and another motorcyclist has been injured after a crash involving the two bikes and a car, police say.

Sussex Police said a 55-year-old woman from Bognor Regis died at the scene of the crash in Ford Road in Ford, West Sussex, which took place at about 12:00 BST on Saturday.

The other motorcyclist, a 57-year-old Bognor man, was also injured while the driver of a Mini thought to be involved, a 60-year-old man from Angmering, was uninjured.

A police spokesperson said a 70-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, and that a fourth vehicle linked to the crash had been seized.
