A new website aimed at helping people access mental health support more easily has been launched by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

To mark World Mental Health Day, the online resource, called Support at Every Stage, brings together information on mental health and wellbeing services.

The Trust said it was organised around the different stages of life, rather than clinical services, allowing users to find support for early years, childhood, adulthood, family life and later life as well as a dedicated section on recovery.

It said the resource aimed to make support easier to access and would continue to be expanded with new information and services.

The Trust acknowledged NHS services could be difficult to navigate and said the website aimed to help people find the right information without needing to understand how NHS services were structured.

Support At Every Stage can be accessed at www.support.humber.nhs.uk
