Palestine Action activists found not guilty
Palestine ActionTwo Palestine Action activists who were on trial for allegedly damaging security systems have been found not guilty.
Audrey Corno, 23, of Trafalgar Avenue, Southwark, south-east London, and Jessica Stacey, 24, of no fixed abode, denied criminal damage charges at Aylesbury Crown Court.
Both women were accused of damaging building fabric and security systems belonging to GRiD Defence Systems, of Wooburn Green, near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on 16 April 2025.
The women were cleared of the charges on 21 May.
At the time of the arrests, Thames Valley Police said the incident caused damage to a building "to an estimated value of £100,000".
GRiD has been approached for comment.
Supporting Palestine Action became illegal in July 2025 after the government banned it under anti-terror legislation.
The break-in happened before the group was proscribed by the government.
