Appeal as rider dies weeks after motorcycle crash
GoogleA motorcyclist has died several weeks after a crash involving two motorbikes in North Yorkshire, police have said.
The collision happened on Mook Street, near Westow, at 10:35 BST on 2 August.
Both riders were airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after the crash.
North Yorkshire Police said one of the men had since died following a short period in hospice care.
A second rider remains in hospital with serious injuries.
In a renewed appeal, officers asked anyone who saw either a yellow Yamaha motorcycle or a white Honda motorcycle in the area before the crash to come forward.
