Lebanese army says troops killed in Israeli strikes

The United Nations said on Friday that it is doubling the amount of money it says it needs to help Lebanon meet surging humanitarian needs as the war enters its fourth month. This comes as the armed group Hezbollah rejects a renewed ceasefire agreed by Israel and Lebanon.
