Dear Simon and Madam Minty,

I thank you so much for the meal of yesterday night. Paella Valenciana, this is my favourite paella. My mother makes it so many times in Galicia. Yesterday that was the first time that I have aten it with bottarga. That was delicious.

Tuesday 8th June, 15.00, I will see you, Simon. At that time we will be working on you backhand return. Find the sweet spot!!!
