Spurs need a point at a tired and disjointed Chelsea. It's hardly a massive task.

    FT: Newcastle 3-1 West Ham

Newcastle, meanwhile, are three points off a European place with one game to go.

But they would need a lot of results to go their way to manage that.

    FT: Newcastle 3-1 West Ham

West Ham will be relegated on Tuesday if Tottenham beat Chelsea.

A Spurs draw would effectively relegate the Hammers because of their goal difference.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side are relying on Spurs to lose to both Chelsea and Everton - while beating Leeds themselves on the final day.

If any West Ham thinks they are coming straight back up next year then they are deluded. Going to be a long while before they are in the Premier League again

An important point to make is that it is not over yet for West Ham. Tottenham have a tricky game to navigate against Chelsea on Tuesdsay. They need to hope that it goes to the last day. If it does there there wil be nerves and anything can happen, but positivity is dwindling.

Kieran Trippier speaking to Sky Sports after being subbed off the field against West Ham: "Yeah it means so much because when I first arrived I was questioned. Four and half years later I've managed to win a trophy and Champions League twice. Amazing feeling, as long as I've helped the club move forward I feel delighted.

"You have to take risks in football, I took a big risk coming here from Atletico. Everything happens for a reason and my main motivation was my children.

"It's a special place, the season has been difficult for many reasons, when you come here and win, the supporters, the city, special place, special people, I'm proud to wear the black and white."
