Ma France - Tips 6 & 7 - Arrangements and Kids and pets

Bonjour !

You will already have learned some new expressions for shopping and work and in the next unit, that theme is continued... a day in the life of a very busy person. How does Hakim’s daily routine compare with yours?

  • Tip 6 :

Unit 6 Just think of the day ahead. Make a list of all the things that you can do, je peux aller au cinéma, and all the things that you must do, je dois faire les courses. For the list of essentials, you can add the time and make yourself a schedule. À 9h00 je dois aller au travail.

  • Tip 7 :

Unit 7 Take a look at the video transcripts and vocabulary notes and pick out all the adjectives to describe personality, sage, bavard, timide, etc. Try to fit a word of description to each of your close friends and family – your pets, too. You’ll remember the new words better if you associate them with someone, e.g. Jane est timide. Mais qui est poilu? But who, or what, is hairy?
