Williams 'ready to go' for Wales after long-term injury

Wales lock Teddy Williams says he is ready to return after a "tough" nine-month absence following an ankle injury.

The 25-year-old Cardiff forward says he is "excited" and "hoping to put his best foot forward" when he makes his comeback for Wales against the Barbarians at the Allianz Stadium on Saturday.

Williams has not played since suffering a serious injury in October 2025.
