Christos Tzolis was taken off and his replacement Giorgos Masouras scored the second Greek goal
Greece lost Arsenal's Christos Tzolis to injury and let a two-goal lead slip to draw with the Netherlands in the Nations League.
Tzolis, who has started all five Premier League games for Arsenal this season, pulled up during an attack. He wanted to play on but was replaced in the 18th minute.
The hosts built a 2-0 lead, with Fotis Ioannidis netting with a tidy finish before setting up Giorgos Masouras for the second.
Netherlands boss Xavi Hernandez made a triple substitution at half-time and it inspired a comeback in Thessaloniki.
Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk marked his 99th cap with a headed goal to give the Dutch hope.
And substitute Tijjani Reijnders lashed in a late equaliser.
Greece and the Netherlands both remain unbeaten in Group A2.
Tzolis is the second Gunners forward to be injured during the international break against the Netherlands, after Germany's Kai Havertz suffered a setback last week.
