  2. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 04:48 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Omar Alderete's day is done, he's been struggling to run off an injury for about 15 minutes and eventually he leaves the field with six minutes plus stoppage time left to play.

Australia make two changes at the same time, with Watford's Nestory Irankunda one of the players coming off.

  3. Postpublished at 04:47 BST

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Turkey have upped the temp and are pushing hard for a winner - Arda Guler sits Sebastian Berhalter on his back side with a chop, works the ball wide, but the cross is scrambled away.

  4. Postpublished at 04:46 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Julio Enciso shoots wide from the edge of the box for Paraguay.

At the other end, Jordan Bos barges his way into the box but the Australian is closed down quickly by two defenders in red and white and he can't get a meaningful effort on goal.

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Turkey's Orkun Kokcu tries his luck from the edge of the D, but he lifts it high over the bar.

Will either side find a winner?

  6. Paraguay need 'pinpoint' deliverypublished at 04:41 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

    Sue Smith
Former Leeds and England forward on BBC Radio 5 Live

I just think when Paraguay get the ball, they're looking to deliver it into the box, it's got to be pinpoint. It can't just be drifted in because if you look at the Australian centre-halves, they'll just clear it.

  7. CLOSE!published at 04:41 BST

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Christian Pulisic oh-so-nearly puts the USA in front, but his left-footed curler from the edge of the box whistles just past the post.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 04:40 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Brighton's Diego Gomez gets booked and it's his second yellow card of the group stage.

If Paraguay make it through to the knockout phase, he'll miss their last-32 tie.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 04:40 BST

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Three changes for the co-hosts USA.

OFF: Gio Reyna, Brenden Aaronson, Joe Scally.

ON: Álex Zendejas, Serginio Dest, Alex Freeman

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Matias Galarza puts a cross in from the Paraguay left and it sails well over everybody's heads, out for a goal kick.

Sums up the match in a way - it's been lacking in quality throughout.

About 15 minutes plus stoppage time to play and if it stays like this, Australia will be runners-up in the group.

A draw would probably be enough to send Paraguay through, too, as a third-placed qualifier.

    Turkey 2-2 USA

The USA have scored eight goals in this World Cup, their most ever goals in a single World Cup, surpassing their total from the 1930 and 2002 tournaments (7).

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Omar Alderete is down on the floor again and is in some pain following that earlier awkward landing. He holds his left knee before being helped off the pitch during the hydration break.

The Sunderland centre-back is going to carry on for now, though.

Something I've noticed in my time out here in the States for this World Cup is just how prominent footballers are in American adverts at the moment.

David Beckham is everywhere, but members of this USA team also pop up in plenty and while Christian Pulisic may be a star on the pitch, he's not in front of the camera.

I'm sure he won't lose much sleep over that, although might be worth him tapping up the likes of Will Ferrell, Brad Pitt and others for some acting tips, seeing as they are in the stands here.

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Turkey are still keen to win this - Kenan Yildiz plays in Eren Elmali on his left, but his low cross doesn't find a white shirt.

The US then win a free-kick, but to their frustration, they are prevented from taking it because it's time for a hydration break.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 04:30 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

A change in attack for Paraguay as Alex Arce replaces Gabriel Avalos.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 04:27 BST

    Turkey 2-2 USA

    Christian Pulisic hits the post!

I don't think he knows much about it - a cross unexpectedly reaches him and it loops up off his boot, but goalkeeper Ugurcan Çakir produces a stunning stop to hook the ball onto the post.

The Turkey goalkeeper has hurt himself in the process.

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Oof, that looks a painful one for Omar Alderete of Sunderland and Paraguay.

Nestory Irankunda barges into the defender as he looks to clear the ball and Alderete lands awkwardly on his left leg.

He's moving very gingerly as he makes his way back onto the field after a period of treatment.

    Turkey 2-2 USA

Christian Pulisic almost makes an instant impact!

He judges the flight of a diagonal pass perfectly to whisk it away from the Turkey right back and accelerate towards goal.

His shot from an angle is blocked by the goalkeeper, and Brenden Aaronson can't control the rebound.

I tell you what is getting the USA fans even more fired up - the introduction of Christian Pulisic.

He's the star player of this team but injury has curtailed how much influence he has been able to have, but he's back on the pitch now and fans are on their feet to applaud his arrival.

If he gets a goal or two here then that will really enhance the USA fans' belief that they can bloody a few noses in the knockouts.

  20. Postpublished at 04:23 BST

    Paraguay 0-0 Australia

Nestory Irankunda gets his first chance to have a run at the Paraguay defence.

He's in space on the right and veers infield, but is caught in two minds a little bit and fires a low cross-shot behind for a goal kick.

Must have been a shot as there wasn't much in the way of support for him in the box, looking at the replay.
