Harvey Bunker and Ryan Inniss have been released by Forest Green Rovers after the club's National League play-off exit.

Midfielder Bunker, 23, who came through the Rovers' academy, will depart after 149 appearances for the club but limited opportunities in the second half of the season.

Centre-back Inniss, 30, who joined from Charlton three years ago, was a mainstay of the defence but struggled to regain his place after a mid-season calf injury.

The pair are amongst seven players who have been confirmed as leaving following the midweek extra-time defeat to Boreham Wood with captain Jordan Moore-Taylor and goalkeeper Harry Isted still in talks over new deals.

Striker Christian Doidge, Sean Long, Liam Sercombe, Harry Cardwell and Keon Sanniola have also been released.

Loanees Jay Mingi, Chibby Nwoko, Ashqar Ahmed, Abraham Kanu, Elijah Morrison and Jili Buyabu will all return to their parent clubs.
