EFCC bin file di suit to di permanent forfeiture of di 57 properties wey worth N212.8 billion, wey dey linked to Malami.

Justice Abdulmalik tok say Malami fail to show say na im get di property through lawful sources.

Earlier, di judge don dismiss several applications, motions on notice and applications to show say Malami, im family members and some companies wey dey linked to di property na dem get am.

She tok say di matter wey dey bifor di court no be "who get di properties, but how legitimate di funds wey dem use buy di properties."

Justice Abdulmalik deliver di judgement wit Section 17 of di Advance Fee Fraud and Oda Fraud Related Offences Act to grant di final forfeiture order.

But di judge also cancel di interim forfeiture order in respect to nine oda properties wey di EFCC file make di court forfeit.
