What are the molecules of life?

Description

This video explains how the body absorbs the molecules of life from the food we eat. Our food provides the body with carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. Carbohydrates are the body’s main source of energy, while lipids are a long-term energy store. Proteins are made of amino acids and are used to grow and repair tissues and make molecules.
