Paper chromatography

"This video demonstrates how paper chromatography can be used to identify what’s in an ink, in a practical experiment. Chromatography is a technique used to separate a mixture of soluble substances, such as pen ink or food colouring. The process is a two-phase system: mobile and stationary. Mobile means moving, that’s the solvent, and the stationary (still) part is the paper.
