Wanna shout out the Crew in Birmingham. Had a wicked two days up there last week on the hunt for Beyonce, giving away tickets for her gig then broadcasting live backstage at the concert. You can listen to the show online.

Wanna shout out the slightly talentless girl I ended up giving the tickets to on thursday. Gotta shout out the staff at the "Dutch Pot" one serious West Indian take away in Perry Barr. Make sure u check it out if your in the area. But since we never actuallty caught up with Ms Knowles my highlight of the whole Brummy expierience had to be standing in a phone box outside Primark and realising UK boxing legend Garry Mason was occupying the phonebox next too mine!! Dont know what I'm more excited about the new series of Big brother or Broadcasting live backstage at the Beyonce concert on Friday! Its all too much! AAAAAhhhrrrggh!

This is basically a picture of people rushing, fighting and struggling to get into the new Primark shop opened Thursday Morning in Oxford Street - London. There Were rumours that they were selling everything for a pound. Now looking at this picture deeply saddens me. Its terrible mostly because the 4 girls at the front of this picture are my cousins AND THEY DIDNT GET ME SH*T!!

Good Friday Snapshots

I got a Royal mail card this morning to go pay for a package being held for me at the post office, So I went down there to pick it up and found out the sender had put not stamp or ANY form of postage on it at all. So I paid the £1.37 to get it and found out it was a promo copy of the new Def 1 Album "Love me or hate me".

Now as much as I'm feelin the CD I feel like I've been swindled by Def 1 by having to pay for the CD. So when I see him I will be asking for my money back!! The Cd is hot though so go support that.

So I tried Accupuncture yesterday and I'm feelin kinda relaxed and chilled. Who would have known that sticking needles in your forhead, earlobes and all over would help your mental state. Very weird. Think I may have a mudbath next week!!

Kinda busy weekend!! Gotta shout out to everyone that was down at the stratford Rex (East london) on Saturday night for Ghanian independence party. Me & Vis then headed down to Maidstone Kent for a set at strawberry Moons. Had a very full hectic and exciting night!

Sunday we drove up to Watford for the UK Hiphop Dance Championships to support our boy Mark Roads aka M dot Roadz (CBBC) in the freestyle catergory. Big up to all the dancers. We were especially impressed with the dancers from Belfast. U lot did tour ting!! it was big.

Wow - what an end to a heavy week!! We started our 5 day "feel good workout" plan with jokes and ended the week the same way!! Standup legend Alan Carr came through to judge the 1Xtra listeners jokes. Very funny man - had us bending up the whole show. The feed your head campaign comes to an end but we think everyone learnt something about keeping your mind in shape - definately worth while. Check out the website if you need any information..

Day 2 of the Feed your Head campaign. Today as part of the Ace and Vis feel good workout we dealt with the importance of appreciatineg your friends.
We both tracked down an old friend that meant alot to us we hadnt caught up with in a while to catch up. Check out the show to find out how that went down.

Today is the 1st day of the Ace n Vis Feel Good work out plan!! Its all part of  "Feed your head" 1xtra & Radio One's Campaign to promote good Mental Health. We're trying to get everyone to look after their mental well being. Today we looked at the importance of having a laugh. Laughter always makes everyone feel good. To help us out Little Miss Jocelyn passed through the studio to give us some joke.



Definitely a good start to the week. Had the monday blues before the show but after catchin some joke throughout the show I definitley felt better.

Yo!! This is officially day 7 of the Flu for me. Woohooooooo! If u dont know there are officially 7 Days of flu. Let me break it down for u:

Day 1: Occasional Sneezing
Day 2: Sniffles and sore throat
Day 3: Body ache
Day 4:The sweats and snot attacks
Day 5: Shakes, excessive snot and halucinations (for a while I thought the postman was tryin to kill me and I also thought that Tricia was as buff as Tyra banks)
Day 6: MORE SNOT
Day 7: Minimal Snot
Day 8: No more flu

Day 8( is also the day when u find out who u gave your flu to. So can I shout outt he whole of the ace n vis 4-7 team Rob (got him) Karen (Got it) and Vis (got it!!). Hahahaa ha ha ha U cant escape the germs!!!!

I’m enjoying London fashion week this year. I have been to some shows already including the pure exhibition in Kensington Olympia and an important biannual event at the natural history museum. Both shows are showcasing autumn/winter collections for 2007 from over two hundred designers.

Okay, I'm late!! I only just saw "Smokin Aces" on the weekend. Wasn't sure if I was gonna like it. Especially after failing to get royalties for the use of my name and no mention in the credits, but anyway I liked it was a good film. More importantly the film inspired me on a different level! The main villain Buddy Israel was a Illusionist and throughout the film he kept doing card tricks with the Ace card! IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL THING!! It had my mind tickin. What if I could do Card tricks with the Ace Card?? It could be my gimmick thing. Picture this:

Scenario 1: Ace (me) walks into a club, sees a girl he thinks is attractive standing alone at the bar. Ace (me) walks over says "what's up?, how are u? seen u standing over here on your own, so I thought I;d come over. what's your name?" She smiles and replies"Tami" giggles, then asks "what's your name??" Without actually saying my name I reach into the back of her weave and pull out an ace card!! She immediately writes her number on the back of the card. You know that's heavy!!

Scenario 2: Ace (me) gets pulled over by a police officer for doing 31 in a 30 zone. The policeman walks over to the drivers side and says "Can I see your licence please?". Ace (me) pulls out wallet grabs his licence and turns it into an Ace card. The officer is so blown away but trick he lets him go on his merry way!!
