It feels like Maja Chwalinska is throwing everything and the kitchen sink at her opponent.

More sublime defending by Maja Chwalinska as she stays in the point and waits for the mistake from Diana Shnaider.

She creeps forward in the next point to tap over Shnaider's return. 4-4.

Diana Shnaider gets to the drop shot and it looks like she's able to dink it back across, but the ball gets caught up on the net cord and trickles back to her side.

But the Russian lets out a huge roar after the next point as she comes out on top of a 22-shot rally as Maja Chwalinska's resistance eventually falls away. 4-2.
