Wales defence coach Tyrone Holmes says the team need to start learning to win.

Wales women take on Barbarians in an uncapped fixture at Twickenham on Saturday 27 July as they seek to end a run of nine defeats in a row.

Holmes says it will provide a "great opportunity" to develop winning habits.
