Lap 10/78
Kimi Antonelli is already coming up to lap Valtteri Bottas from the lead of this race. The Italian is now 5.4 seconds clear of the Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton as he completes another lap of the Monaco Grand Prix. Charles Leclerc, in third place, is eight seconds adrift of the teenager.
At the moment, it is almost as if Kimi Antonelli is going stuff that, I am just going to go as far ahead as I can and I can make my pit stop whenever I want. I don't know if that is the case, it will be very unusual if it was but it certainly looks like it from his pace at the moment.
The Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli is clocking the fastest laps, as the McLaren of world champion Lando Norris is following closely behind the Alpine of Pierre Gasly. The two drivers exit the tunnel and into the light but there's no opening for Norris to pounce on.
Ferrari aren't knocking on the Mercedes door just yet. Lewis Hamilton is four seconds behind the Italian, while Charles Leclerc is up into the podium places following Max Verstappen's misfortune at lights out.
Lando Norris spied George Russell was out of the position on the grid but sorry, Lando, there's no penalty for your mate today.

The whole game here is to go as long as possible and see if you can get just a little bit more of a window for a pitstop, which they have to make, to the cars behind.
Max Verstappen was furious on the team radio when his car failed to get going. The Dutchman's day in Monte Carlo is over before it had even begun, as Kimi Antonelli leads the pack from pole position.
I think Bearman and the others, particularly Bearman, will be going to the end on that set of tyres, that will be the plan so let's see how far up the field he can get.

That was a bit of a shock there, Max didn't move and one of the Ferraris got the jump. They were helped by Max's car, which just seemed to have been stalling in the start.
Max Verstappen has climbed out of the car in the Red Bull garage.
Meanwhile, George Russell has been noted by race control for a false start, but for now, he's running in fifth place behind the other Red Bull of Isack Hadjar.
Kimi Antonelli in the lead holds a three-second advantage over the Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton.
Max Verstappen is told by his engineer on the radio to "bring it home". Is this the four-time world champion out of the Monaco Grand Prix already? He is now into the pits, so we'll see what happens next.
Pierre Gasly made a great start and the Alpine driver is up into seventh andvahead of world champion Lando Norris.

I was speaking to a previous winner, Juan Pablo Montoya, earlier and he was saying this is the place he felt more nervous on the grid than any other and I do know what he meant. It is a difficult one.
Max Verstappen has stalled on the grid! Kimi Antonelli leads from Lewis Hamilton and the other Ferrari of Charles Leclerc as the Dutchman finally gets going - but at the back of the field.
