Fifa shouldn't be selling stake in World Cup - Masters

Premier League chief executive Richard Masters tells BBC Sports editor Dan Roan that Fifa and Gianni Infantino have hit the "self-destruct button" and says they should never have contemplated selling stakes in the World Cup.
